Casa Del has an award winning 25 year history. Our factory wholesales to cafés, restaurants, hotels, wedding receptions, caterers, schools and corporate offices. We are also open to the public.
Using only the highest quality, fresh ingredients, all of our products are handmade and baked daily on our premises by our internationally experienced Chefs. We maintain the highest standards of professionalism in relation to food health & safety. We are HACCP certified, and are members of the Dairy Industry Association of Australia.

Originally established in 1988, Casa Del evolved from its origins of gelato and portioned desserts, to produce biscuits and cakes. Casa Del commenced utilising these baking practices to produce lines of fresh cakes to complement their gelato products. Over the years demand for these fine bakery products has grown, resulting in four distinctive award winning product lines – Cakes, Gelato, Portioned Desserts and Gourmet Biscuits, all with fine European influence.
Jose Jorge Mendonca, the company’s director, is a Harrods of Knightsbridge trained and accredited pastry chef, working with the internationally acclaimed celebrity chef Martin Chiffers at Harrods. Jose has elected to remain in control of production and product innovation as the company’s executive chef. Casa Del has evolved to have a stronghold in the local food service industry, servicing Australia’s leading cafés, hotels, restaurants, venues and eateries.
