We do not accept cancellations if our chefs have started preparing your order (generally 48hrs prior for standard orders) or 3-5 days for specialty or large orders. If nothing has been prepared for your order we will provide a store credit for later use. Please contact our office to check the status of preparation and cancel an order / request a credit.
Being a consumable fresh product, we request that all customers check orders upon pick up or delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products and would like a store credit, please call our office within 24hrs of the order pick up or delivery date. The product must be returned in full for inspection before a store credit or replacement is considered.
If your order is approved for a refund under the above conditions, we will refund the amount as a store credit. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
